Here at the Burger Bar we are pretty proud of our little Tassie island and that’s why we source our ingredients locally, where possible. It’s not just because it’s good for business, it’s because it tastes better!
All of our burger patties are made on site using meat from the award winning (and we think, the best) butcher on the North-West coast – Sharman’s Butchery.
